Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.366 dated 22.05.2022 under Sections 18 and 29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station, Hansi City, District Hisar. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Ramesh Chander submits that in compliance of order dated 22.09.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.09.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
