The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for rejoining in view of policy dated 30.06.2022 and judgment dated 04.10.2023 passed in CWP-8831-2022. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioners were working as Security Guards from August, 2018 till their services were dispensed with on 31.07.2021, whereafter, they registered themselves on the poral of Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam in the year 2021 itself and are entitled for being granted preference, based on their experience in terms of Clause 8.2 of the policy named as Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022 issued vide notification dated 30.06.2022, Annexure P-2. In this regard, they will submit fresh representation/s supporting their claim within a period of 4 weeks, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioners submit representation/s within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within 4 months thereafter in accordance with law. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
