Petitioner - Mehmuda, aged 40 years, has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking direction for arresting the accused persons and adding the Sections of rape, kidnapping etc. and also to add other accused persons in FIR, with a further prayer for conducting fair and proper investigation in FIR No. 57, dated 26.02.2025, under Sections 127(6) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the reply-dated 02.02.2026, by way of affidavit of Assistant Superintendent of Police, Nuh, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, in Court today. Same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

A copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court itself.

CRM-M-36828-2025 - 2 - that challan u/s 277(6), 127(2), 61(1) of BNS, 2023 against accused - Mohd. Dilshad was submitted before the Court below on 31.05.2025 and thereupon, charges were framed on 25.07.2025 under Sections 127(2), 127(6) and 64(1) of BNS, 2023. Now, trial is fixed for 23.02.2026 for prosecution evidence. Apart this, other co-accused, namely, Usman, Imrana and Parvej have been found innocent during the verification of facts. 4.

After going through the facts mentioned in the status report and the details mentioned therein, I do not find any necessity to issue any further direction in the matter.

Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of without any particular direction.
