This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed by the JMIC, Abohar, whereby the application filed by respondent No.1 herein under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act has been partly allowed and the appeal filed by petitioner against the said order has been dismissed. 2.

It has been pointed out before this Court that the matter has been amicably settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and a detailed settlement/compromise dated 08.12.2025 has been arrived at between the parties, which has been placed on the record of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the said compromise, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the said compromise, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
