The petitioner has filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to direct the official respondents to initiate the legal proceedings against the private respondents. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Angrej Singh submits that an FIR No.105 dated 30.08.2024 under Sections 427 and 435 IPC registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar City has been registered against the private respondents.
