**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 16.09.2022, vide which the candidature of the petitioner, for the post of Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, was rejected.

Vide order dated 02.02.2023 passed by this Court, the respondent was directed to produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover.

In compliance of the said order, the result of the petitioner has been produced, in a sealed cover, in Court today. On the asking of this Court, the result has been opened by the Reader of this Court.

As per the result, the petitioner has not been able to qualify and is not under the zone of consideration.
