******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the issue raised in this appeal has already been decided against the appellant vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in FAO No. 7892 of 2014 (HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd. vs. Dharam Raj and others), wherein the issue seeking exoneration of appellant-Insurance Company from liability to pay amount of compensation has been decided against it, as such, this appeal being a covered case be decided accordingly.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellant, the instant appeal stands disposed of being a covered case by order dated 15.01.2018 in the aforesaid case.

Statutory amount deposited by Insurance Company be remitted to the Tribunal for payment to claimants out of the amount of compensation as awarded by the Tribunal.
