The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondents-authorities to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in respect of FIR No.67 dated 23.3.2019 under Sections 323, 325, 452, 148, 149, 506 & 354 IPC, Police Station Sadar, Panipat wherein the petitioners have been arrayed as accused and also to look into the matter pertaining to the cross-version wherein some of the petitioners have sustained injuries regarding which the petitioners have made representation dated 23.3.2019 (Annexure P-5) and representation dated 19.4.2019 (Annexure P-8).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.06 17:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM-M-37814-2019 from expressing any opinion on merits of the case and veracity of allegations, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Panipat to look into the matter and to dispose of representations (Annexure P-5 & Annexure P-8) expeditiously in accordance with law and to ensure that the matter is got investigated fairly and expeditiously and also to decide the representation Annexure P5 and P-8 in respect of alleged cross-version regarding the injuries allegedly sustained by the petitioners.
