Having heard counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied with the reasons for the delay given in the application and is of the view that the appellants have made out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay. 3.
Delay of 88 days in the filing of the appeal is condoned. 4.

This appeal has been filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Arbitration Act") assailing order dated 14.10.2015 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar, whereby the objections filed by the respondents under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act and cross objections, preferred by the appellants, have been dismissed by a common order.

As the impugned order has been set aside in a separate order of even date passed in FAO-3659-2016 titled as "Union of India and another Versus Jaspal Singh and others", no further orders are required to be passed in this case.

Appeal is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the parties to raise all the pleas before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar. 9.
