**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Chandan has apprised the Court that though in compliance of order dated 28.11.2023, the petitioner has joined investigation, however, there has been material misrepresentation and concealment qua his antecedents as an incorrect submission had been made on 23.08.2023 before this Court that the petitioner was not involved in any other case. Learned State counsel on further instructions has submitted that in fact the petitioner is a man of criminal antecedents and in the recent past, two more criminal cases had been registered against him, which fact had been withheld from this Court. In the above-said facts and circumstances, no ground is made out to grant the extra-ordinary concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
