This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to take appropriate legal actions against respondents No. 3 and 4 with a further prayer to decide the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
