The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment dated 13.09.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal whereby the appeal filed by respondent No.1 has been partly allowed to the extent that the amount of maintenance as awarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karnal vide order dated 04.12.2014 passed in a petition under Section 12 Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, has been reduced from ₹6,000/- to ₹5,000/-.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
