-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) CRM-5867-2023 In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is ordered to be taken on board today itself. CRM-M-48263-2021 (O&M) Counsel for both the parties are ad idem that compromise has been effected between the parties, who are closely related to each other and are having no objection if the interim directions of stay with regard to proceedings before the trial Court are vacated as the same is creating hindrance in between the parties, for recording their statements. ( 2 ) CRM-M-48263-2021 (O&M) The counsel for respondent No.2 further gave undertaking that he is ready to withdraw the complaint filed by respondent No.2 and is now pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana and is titled as Dr. Amarinder Kaur Sekhon vs. Khushroop Singh and Ors. under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC.
At this stage, the counsel for the petitioners made prayer that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition in the light of undertaking given by respondent No.2.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, respondent No.2 is to remain bound by undertaking given by his counsel.
CRM-5867-2023 also stands disposed of.
