(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for directing the respondents to allot work place/joining letter to him being Multi Purpose Artificial Insemination Technician in Rural India (MAITRI) Trainee by virtue of communication dated 25.06.2018 and in this regard, had submitted legal notice dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P-8), but there is no adherence thereto.

Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2, to consider legal notice dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P-8) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner by the
