Notice of motion.
Registrar Recruitment of the High Court representing respondent No.3 is present in Court and accepts notice. The petitioner is working as a Lecturer in Biology in the Education Department, Haryana. He is 44 years old. He claims that there is five years' age relaxation for Government employees beyond the maximum prescribed age limit for appointment to Government service. On this premise he contends that a candidate who is in Government service shall be eligible for recruitment to Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch) upto the age of 47 years as on the cut-off date, namely, five years more than the maximum age limit of 42 years.
