ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State has submitted that in an application filed by the Gram Panchayat under Section 7(1)(2) of the Punjab Village Common Land Act, the eviction order was passed on 19.04.2022 against the unauthorized occupants and further proceedings will be undertaken for executing the said order. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
