Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.45 dated 22.02.2018, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B and 317 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for availing the remedy in accordance with law. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
