MADAAN Present:- Mr. Anmol Verma, Advocate for the applicants. *** The grouse of the applicants is that only the civil Court at Ambala has got territorial jurisdiction to entertain and try the civil suit filed by plaintiff Lachhman Dass against the applicants and it has been wrongly filed at Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari. The applicants are relegated to the remedy of approaching the trial Court by moving an application under Order 7 Rule 10 C.P.C. However, if the applicants still feel aggrieved after disposal of the said application then they can approach this Court again.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
