Present appeal is directed against the order passed by District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon whereby it was directed that respondenthusband would pay a sum of `7,000/- per month to Kunal son of the parties (appellant no. 2 herein) with effect from May, 2014. It was decided that father of the child namely Yashpal shall be entitled to meet Kunal for three hours on the evening of first Sunday of every month and timing would be intimated to the respondent by appellant no. 1 Kaushal Rani through SMS a day in advance. They would meet in Shyam Vatika, New Colony, Gurgaon. Maintenance amount would be deposited in the State Bank of India account No. 10552217761 of appellant no. 1 Kaushal Rani. On perusal of the order, we do not find the amount excessive in any manner. As custody of the son is with mother Kaushal Rani, no fault can, thus, be found with the order granting visitation rights to the father. In our view the order is sustainable and called for no interference. Dismissed.
