The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to allow him to join in the Post Department as Postal Assistant. 2.

The petitioner was issued appointment letter on 29.01.2014 for the post of Postal Assistant. The petitioner was asked to submit documents. The petitioner submitted documents, however, till date, he has not been made to join. The petitioner time to time filed representations, however, respondents have not looked into grievance of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that the appropriate authority would look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within 04 weeks from today considering the present petition as representation of the petitioner.
