Through the instant petition challenge is made to the warrants of possession dated 03.06.2025 issued by respondent No. 3 seeking therein the petitioners' dispossession from the land in dispute. Also under challenge is the order dated 13.06.2025 passed by respondent No. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in case the petitioners co-operate in the disposal of their appeal, filed by them to challenge therein order dated 25.04.2024 passed by respondent No. 3, on the next date fixed in their appeal before respondent No. 2 i.e. 23.07.2025, till the decision in the petitioners' aforesaid appeal, their possession over the land in dispute shall remain undisturbed. 3.

In terms of the afore fair stand taken on behalf of the State, learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that both the petitioners, personally/through their counsel shall co-operate in the disposal of their afore referred appeal pending before respondent No. 2 for 23.07.2025.

In the light of the afore understanding arrived at between the parties, the instant petition is disposed of in terms thereof after directing that both parties shall remain bound by their respective statements made before this Court.
