RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against respondent No.4 in case FIR No.267, dated 28.09.2021 (Annexure P-1), under Section 376 IPC, Sections 67, 67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000 & Sections 4 & 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Amended), 2012, 2019, registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 is an accused in the above mentioned FIR, however, no action is being taken against him by the Investigating Agency.
