This petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS for grant of regular interim bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 427, dated 30.11.2024 under Sections 25(6) of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak during the pendency of trial Sessions Case No. 97 of 2025 arisen out of the above said FIR which is now pending for 16.09.2025 for recording of prosecution evidence. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner is pregnant and expected time of delivery of child is in the month of August, 2025, as such, petitioner be released on interim bail to take care of his wife. He further submits that the petitioner has already been granted interim bail from 04.08.2025 to 14.08.2025 in FIR No. 311 dated 09.05.2024 by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2025. 3.

Mr. Aditya Pal Singla, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent- State. He has pointed out that expected time of delivery of child is 08.08.2025.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has already been granted interim bail from 04.08.2025 to 14.08.2025 in FIR No. 311 dated 09.05.2024, the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail on 04.08.2025 and he shall surrender before the Jail authority on 14.08.2025 at 5:00 P.M, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Illaqa Magistrate/ Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Duty Magistrate concerned.
