Vide order dated 07.09.2017, counsel for the appellants was directed to file correct address of respondent No.4 as also to implead the legal representatives of respondent No.2. Till date neither any steps have been taken to furnish the correct address of respondent No.4 nor to implead the legal representatives of respondent No.2. 2.

The present appeal pertains to the year 2011. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non prosecution.
