The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 23.06.2025 whereby, an application for grant of interim bail filed by the appellant to attend/take care of his pregnant wife and the delivery of child is expected in the month of July, has been declined in case FIR No.311 dated 09.05.2024 under Sections 147, 323, 307, 302, 450, 506, 120B/149 IPC and Sections (3) (2) (V) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1980 registered at Police Station City Rohtak District Rohtak. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner is pregnant and expected time of delivery of child is in the month of August, 2025, as such, petitioner be released on interim bail to take care of his wife.
