**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioners herein are aggrieved against the anomaly that has been created between senior and junior ETT Teachers. In this regard, the petitioners have already approached the department by way of legal notice dated 01.12.2016. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration and decision in the legal notice dated 01.12.2016 (Annexure P-7) served by the petitioners upon the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 01.12.2016 (Annexure P7) served by the petitioners upon the respondents by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
