(ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned transfer order dated 25.11.2020 qua them vide which they have been transferred from Gurugram to Nuh, allegedly without considering the transfer policy dated 12.03.2020 (Annexure P-1) and Notification dated 18.11.2020 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Vide order dated 23.12.2020,operation of impugned transfer order dated 25.11.2020 (Annexure P-6) was stayed subject to the final outcome of the writ petition, with a rider vide subsequent order dated 07.09.2021 that the respondents shall be at liberty to implement the transfer orders qua other employees.

It so transpires that during pendency of the proceedings, fresh options have been sought for place of posting from the various officials, including petitioners, as per the Transfer Policy. 4.

In the premise, no further proceedings are required before this Court. The writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the VANDANA 2021.11.25 01:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

respondents shall be at liberty to pass appropriate fresh transfer orders qua the petitioners based on the options sought from them and other employees. The interim order shall continue to subsist till then. However, it shall cease to operate on passing of such fresh transfer orders, favourable or otherwise. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
