CRWP No. 10732 of 2020 -2Learned State counsel has further drawn the attention of this Court towards the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by a Co-ordiante Bench of this Court, whereby CRWP-10067-2020 filed by detenue-Neelam and her husband Arshdeep Singh has been dismissed and the custody of detenue Neealm has been handed over to Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Jalandhar. Since the custody of the alleged detenue in the present case, has been handed over to Gandhi Vanita Ashram, Jalandhar, the perception of illegal detention of the detenue does not survive. Keeping in view the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
