In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to count previous services of petitioner rendered in SPINFED for the purpose of pensionary benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P9) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
