Vide order dated 01.02.2024 parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements qua the compromise. Report of the Mediator has been received. Statements of all the parties have also been recorded. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all the disputes stand resolved and in view of the compromise dated 15.02.2024, the present appeal is to be allowed and the suit is to be dismissed. 3.

In view of the report of the Mediator and in view of the fact that the statements of the parties have been recorded, the present appeal is allowed and the suit is accordingly dismissed in terms of the compromise dated 15.02.2024. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly and the compromise be made part of it. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
