Seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent No.4, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 2.

State counsel on instructions of HC Harjeet Singh, submits that there was one complaint filed by Gurmail Singh against the petitioner and respondent No.16, in which he was summoned and other application filed by the petitioner himself which was inquired into. Hence, both the complaints stand filed. Now he is neither required for any purpose nor the police is asking him to appear before them.
