CWP-22336-2020 Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ, order or direction especially in the nature of certiorari for quashing letter dated 11.11.2020 (Annexure P-10) to the extent of granting 10 marks over and above their merit to certain candidates on account of experience in lieu of service rendered by them for selection to the posts of 2364 ETT Teachers in the Punjab Education Department.
