NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) On 28.10.2022 following order was passed: - "The learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 19.10.2022 by way of an affidavit of Sh. Rashpal Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Bhucho, District Bathinda, and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned State counsel also submits that anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner who is juvenile, is not maintainable. In support of the same, he relies upon the judgments of this Court in 'Piyush minor through his natural mother Smt. Nirmla Devi wife of Sh. Narender Vs. State of Haryana' passed in CRM-M-21406-2021 decided on 05.07.2021 and 'Gurtej Singh Vs. State of Punjab' passed in CRM-M20813-2020 (O&M) decided on 30.07.2020. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to address arguments.
