Ltd. * * * * Since none had been appearing on behalf of the appellant, notice was issued to him to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, the resport indicates that the petitioner has been duly served. The appellant despite service has not put in appearance nor instructed his counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the appellant transpires that he is not interested to pursue this case. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the appellant to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises. A copy of this order be sent to the appellant at the given address as well as to his counsel, so that they could take appropriate steps for revival of the same.
