The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to appoint him on compassionate ground. 2.
Petitioner's father was working as Tubewell Operator with Public Health Department, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the respondent at the outset submits that petitioner has alternative remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal. This Court should refrain from passing any order. 4.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with permission to approach Central Administrative Tribunal.
