RAJESH BINDAL, J Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter in dispute between the parties has been compromised. The compromise deed dated 2.3.2015 signed by both the parties has been submitted in the court and is taken on record as Mark 'A'. The parties are present in court in person and even their statements have also been recorded. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
