(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the orders dated 24.11.2015 & 28.02.2017 (appended as Annexures P-4 & P-5 respectively), passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (in short 'the CAT') i.e. respondent No.1, whereby, the Original Application of the petitioner for quashing the appointment of respondent No.6 on the post of Health Inspector (Civilian) has been ordered to be rejected as well as the review of the same order was rejected. A further prayer for direction to respondents No.3 to 5 has also been made. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the office Memorandum dated 01.07.1998 (Annexure P-7), in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
