This is an application for preponing the date of hearing and for disposing the main appeal in terms of the compromise dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure A-2).

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself.

Vide order dated 22.01.2025 passed in CM-426-C-2025, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements qua the compromise dated 10.01.2024 (Annexure A-2).
