The present appeal has been instituted with a delay of 1637 days, for which an application bearing CM-16537-CII-2024 has been filed seeking condonation of delay. It is, however, noticed that none has been appearing on behalf of the appellant for the last three consecutive dates of hearing. Even today, when the case was called repeatedly, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

Consequently, the present appeal, along with CM-16537-CII2024 seeking condonation of delay of 1637 days, is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to seek revival of

CM-16537-CII-2024 ;

CM-16536-CII-2024 and CM-16538-CII-2024 in/and FAO-4479-2024 the appeal within the period of limitation, if any sufficient and cogent cause is shown.
