(Oral) Petitioner-Satwinder @ Satvinder has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent No.2 to conduct fair and proper investigation in the complaint dated 4.6.2021 (Annexure P-2) in a fair and transparent manner by appointing senior officer or through some independent agency.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of next two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
