*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioners have filed the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the official respondents to look into the representation dated 19.11.2020 (P-2) made by them against the illegal and unauthorized construction and running of a Hotel by respondent No. 7 and to stop the illegal activities being carried out in the Hotel being run by respondent No. 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that respondent No. 7 has not obtained any liquor license from any competent authority. But liquor is being served without any license. The photographs of empty liquor bottles scattered are attached as Annexure P-1. Further respondent No. 7 has not obtained fire safety license and has not fulfilled any norms relating to fire safety.
