(ORAL) Counsel for the respondents states that all the benefits for which the petitioner was entitled for have already been extended to him and the petitioner vide his letter dated 18.04.2019 has already stated that nothing is due to him now and he is satisfied. He has produced a copy of letter dated 18.04.2019 written by the petitioner expressing his satisfaction over the amount so received.

In view of the statement made on behalf of counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of as such. However, it is made clear that in case the statement so made by counsel for the respondents is incorrect, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by filing an appropriate application.
