The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate protection and security to the petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondent No.4 and his accomplices and to restore his services of guards withdrawn by respondent No.2. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh one with better particulars.
