Main Case This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant annual increment to the petitioner in the revised pay scale of ` 13500-17250 in terms of Note 1 of Rule 7 of Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1998 dated 07.01.1998, Annexure P-16.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notices, dated 20.05.2023, shall be decided by respondent No.2 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending legal notices, dated 20.05.2023 Annexure-23 and Annexure P-24, respectively, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
