Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of this appeal, an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties. They have decided to separate on mutually acceptable terms. Petition under section 13-B of the Act has been filed before the competent court at Gurugram. Statement of the parties at first motion has already been recorded. Thus, he may be allowed to withdraw this appeal with liberty to seek revival in case there is any change of circumstances. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek revival if there is any change of circumstances. Parties shall also be at liberty to seek waiver of the statutory period of six months envisaged by section 13-B(2) of the Act in view of judgment of the Supreme court titled as Amardeep Singh vs. Harveen Kaur, 2017(8) SCC, 746.
