[1] Prayer in the petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to finalize the amount required to be deposited by the petitioner firm with respect to alleged shortage of paddy for which respondent No.3 vide letter dated, Annexure P/11 dated 23.07.2021 has already calculated the amount payable and forwarded the same to respondent No.2 where the matter is pending decision for the last four months. [2] Notice of motion to respondent No.2 only.

[3] Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice and after perusal of the writ petition states that he has no objection to the limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners.

[4] Accordingly, in view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, but without commenting upon the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to take a decision in the matter on the recommendations of respondent No.3 as also by taking into account all other relevant aspects of the matter in accordance with law as expeditiously as AMIT KHANCHI 2021.11.17 14:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
