The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents concerned, to make a decision in accordance with law, and, pass a speaking order upon the representation (Annexure P-1), within three weeks from today.

However, during the course of a decision, being made upon Annexure P-1, by the authorities concerned, the petitioners shall after notices, being made upon them, hence make their appearances before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Majitha, Amritsar.
