RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of directions to arresting/investigating officer to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in a case FIR No.59, dated 18.06.2024, under Section 364, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Shri Hargobindpur, Batala, District Batala. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
