(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.21 dated 21.11.2015 registered under Section 21 and 23-C, 24, 29/61 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, Amritsar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial in the above case has ended in acquittal of the petitioner through judgment dated 22.04.2022 passed by Judge, Special Court, Tarn Taran.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
Dismissed as infructuous.
