**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present 1st petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case/FIR No. 0086 dated 26.05.2019 under Section 336, 307, 148, 149 IPC, 1860 and 25-2754-59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, Tarn Taran, in the event of arrest of the petitioners. Vide order dated 06.09.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners had been directed to surrender before the police.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, informs this Court that in compliance of the above said order, the petitioners had surrendered on 17.11.2023; challan had also been presented in the matter on the same date i.e. 17.11.2023; and the next date of hearing before the learned trial Court is 11.12.2024. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the DIVYANSHI 2024.11.05 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
